Measurable SEO LLC operates chuckprice.org and is responsible for inquiry data. Only Chuck accesses project inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
The form emails your inquiry directly to Chuck and does not store submission contents in WordPress. Inquiry emails that do not become client engagements are retained for 90 days after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless a legitimate business, legal, security, or dispute-related reason requires longer retention. This is our internal policy, not a statutory retention period.
