Who operates this website
Measurable SEO LLC operates chuckprice.org and is responsible for inquiry data. Contact Chuck Price at chuck@measurableseo.com with privacy questions or requests about an inquiry.
Project inquiries
The form asks for your name, email, a short description of the problem, and engagement interest. Organization or website is optional. We use this information to assess the inquiry, respond, and discuss possible work. Only Chuck reviews project inquiries for the business. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a newsletter, marketing list, or automatic marketing sequence.
Please do not send passwords, account credentials, confidential legal or client information, or sensitive records. A short description of the business problem is enough to begin.
Delivery and storage
The form is configured to route inquiries by email to chuck@measurableseo.com and does not save submission contents in WordPress. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to host the website and transmit or store email. This technical processing is separate from Chuck’s business review of inquiries.
Spam protection temporarily stores a keyed hash of the submitting IP address and a submission count for up to one hour. The website also uses a random confirmation token for up to two minutes. These records do not contain the name, email address, organization, or message. Expired transient records can remain in database storage until WordPress cleanup runs; they are not used after expiry.
Retention
Inquiry emails that do not become client engagements are retained for 90 days after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless a legitimate business, legal, security, or dispute-related reason requires longer retention. This is our chosen internal retention policy, not a claim that 90 days is a statutory requirement. Chuck administers this mailbox policy; the website does not automatically delete email. Records that become part of a client engagement are handled according to that engagement’s requirements.
Website technology, cookies, and measurement
This site uses WordPress on Hostinger, the Chuck Price Foundation theme, Hostinger Tools, LiteSpeed Cache, and WP Mail SMTP Lite. WordPress uses authentication and settings cookies for signed-in administrators. The custom inquiry form does not set a visitor cookie. Hosting and cache services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics is not connected. The site currently creates local browser event signals for inquiry submission, contact-link clicks, and navigation from research to consulting. These signals are not transmitted to an analytics service and do not include names, email addresses, message contents, telephone numbers, or arbitrary URL query strings. No advertising pixels or automatic marketing enrollment have been added.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. To ask about correcting or deleting information you sent, email Chuck using the address above. Do not include sensitive records in the request.
